"Anna was a beautiful person with great skills to bring to the company she has done my hair the way that I wanted But on the other hand the other lady has sprayed heat protecting spray on my hair it got on to my tape extensions as she was straightening my hair I have seen that my hair looked wet and she wanted to straighten it either way and when I questioned it she told me it was the spray and that it contains oil when I left the shop my extensions slipped out 3 to be exact and I had to call up the shop to notify them but they were too busy to pick up so I waited to call them again the next day and no one picked up as the phone was busy I called them today and I spoke to the man manager or owner and he was really rude and didn’t wanna understand the issue and started telling me to get a lawyer to get compensation and he also started laughing which was disturbing and annoying he did not solve the issue by apologising instead he just kept on saying go get a lawyer would never go back again as I have proof of what he did and he just doesn’t even wanna hear me out Honestly ladies that are reading this comment save urself sometime and don’t bother doing ur hair their as they will only stuff it up and won’t do anything about the situation but be rude and arrogant"

"Lily J is honestly amazing, I love getting my hair done there! After getting my hair done somewhere else, I never liked it and it honestly didn’t even look like what I asked for but once I went to Lily J, they did exactly what I asked for! It looked amazing and the service there is so nice like everyone is so sweet, giving compliments to me and communicating towards all their customers. The products that they recommended to me work so well and I find it really helpful when they teach me how to do my hair by myself. Even though I went to lily j twice, and will go there more often, I still find it to be a great experience!"

"Jinny and the ladies were very nice and accommodating! Today was a very hot day with a high of 38° and I told Jinny I was feeling really hot with all the tinfoil on my head so she got me a cold towel and even changed it a couple of times for me to make sure it was cool. During consultation Jinny made sure my expectation of the colour can be met and advised it might not be as light due to my previous colouring which I was ok with. The balayage and highlight also turned out exactly how I wanted it, would definitely come back ☺️"

"This is a really great hair salon. I mainly go here for balayage root touch ups and compared to a lot of other salons i've gone to in the past, the service at lily j is super quick and cheaper. My root touch ups only take around 3-3.5 hours (whereas other salons in the past would take around 5-8 hours). My hair always feels a lot healthier after going here. They are really good at hair colouring, cuts, and styling. 100% recommend this place. Also, the products sold at this salon are really really good. In my opinion, the products are better than olaplex."
