"made an appt specifically at a time they suggested as I only had a certain amount of time available. on arrival there were at least 4 in front of me, maybe 3 just getting started with removal. I asked multiple times if they have enough people available to do my appt and was assured its fine. I realised that after sitting with hands in the bowl for 30min and the the ppl in front of me hadn't commenced yet, I would be running very very late. So I had to leave with my nails roughly removed. there were 2 ppl working. which wasn't enough for the 5 or 6ppl sitting in the chairs for their manicures. I wouldn't have minded making a time at another time but it's unhelpful to take an appointment and not be able to service the appointment or make it run an hour or 2 over time."
"Brilliant Nail is as it’s name suggests, is brilliant it’s my favourite. I come for pedicures and waxing. Loam did my toes. I love them so much I wanted to share. They have a loyalty scheme too !❤️ treat yourself you will come out feeling like you’ve had a pamper session !"

"I had SNS replaced on my nails Tuesday, so far I only have 2 nails still complete as the rest have simply come off….. simply put, it was never layered in and done properly Not to mention that I had an appointment, and it still took over 2 1/2 hours for a basic pedicure and the SNS!"
"Clean space & friendly staff. The nail tech happily answered my questions and gave me what I had asked for (ballerina shape short nails in a neutral colour). My first set of SNS nails so I can't compare to services elsewhere, but I was generally pretty happy with the finished product. A few imperfections and sharp edges I had to buff off once I got home - but I'm sure if I'd noticed in the salon they would have fixed it then and there for me."
