Our brown rice and black rice sushi rolls are made with a blend of white rice, providing a nutritious twist to your sushi experience. We also offer rainbow rice, which is a blend of colored rice varieties infused with natural ingredients like beetroot, spinach, carrot, turmeric, blueberry, and red cabbage. Our Manga Rainbow Rice is available in bento, hand rolls, nigiri sushi, and can be ordered for catering as well.

In addition to our sushi rolls, we also offer poke bowls, salads, udon/soba noodles, hot bowls, brioche sliders, and more. We aim to provide a diverse menu that caters to all tastes and preferences.

"As a sushi addict and connoisseur, I cannot say that Manga Sushi is the best in Sydney, as I haven't tried them all. But unquestionably the best I have come across. So many are drowned in mayo and/or spiced with sugar. Here I enjoyed the clean, fresh unadulterated taste like I experienced in Tokyo. Highly recommended."

"Yesterday I bought a sushi roll from Bondi beaches shop. We went there around 4 pm and their customer services were terrible. The Asian girl who has brown and blond hair was terrible. (I guess she is from Nepal ) When I order some sushi, she just had a bad attitude and also she was laughing with another girl about me. I’ll never buy sushi from this shop."

"Sushi rolls here are the best in Sydney. Been here 2 times and both time 10 out of 10 delicious. Weird because it just looks like any other shopping centre sushi joint but obviously they're doing something right. I highly recommend the purple rice salmon and avo roll. Thank me later ;)"

"I ate 2 sushi rolls with tuna, avocado and brown rice. They make very good portion’s size, so probably 1 roll was enough to make me full. Good taste, good range to choose from and well presented behind the window. Fast service."

"Worst rice paper rolls I’ve ever experienced. One tiny layer of rice paper holding ingredients which led to the whole thing disintegrating after one bite. Impossible to eat without a spoon and I don’t carry a spoon when I’m shopping - it’s supposed to be finger food Manga! Manga - your staff do not know how to make rice paper rolls. If you’re trying to save food cost by minimising rice paper, all you have achieved is making your product impossible to handle and eat, and making your customers so disappointed they will never return to your shop. There is no way I will ever return to your store after being sold such a ridiculous product."
