"I booked to get my eyelash extensions done here, in hopes to be a new regular client. Once I arrived I was told they were unable to refill my lashes as they were done somewhere else, then I was told they still could refill them for an additional charge which I agreed to. We got into the back room and once I layer down the technician then said that they were too grown out and to come back tomorrow. I found they were very unclear with their policies and that was frustrating. I gave them the benefit of the doubt and rebooked 3 days later as I was working and explicitly confirmed it would be evening hours on the Friday. I arrived to my appointment and the same ladies again both treated me like I had never made an appointment. One lady said my appointment was 4pm (which again, I made clear at time of booking I was at work at that time and confirmed I was booked at 5pm.) The other lady said she sent a text to confirm 4:30pm (which I never received) I ended up leaving after my appointment being stuffed around too much. I’m a pretty easy going person and was pleasant through this experience however the ladies working really made me feel like I was the problem and that I was an inconvenience. It felt as if they didn’t want me as a client and made every excuse to blame me. It was their mistakes, unprofessionalism and miscommunication they never took accountability for. I left feeling horrible after waiting days for this appointment I had high hopes in."
