"Absolutely disgusting service! Went here with my daughter and it was the most terrible service we’d ever had. My daughter got hurt a few times from getting her nails done and was told off when she decided to change colour for her nail polish. Mind you, the lady just started to put polish on two nails when my daughter realised, blue wasn’t good. Prior to this, I got my lashes done whist my daughter was getting her nails done. My lashes were done and paid $80 freaking dollars for a terrible job and my daughter’s nails wasn’t done yet. Because there were only two of them and they were attending to three more customers!! I was literally left for good 20 minutes just laying in bed cos the lady that was doing my lashes was also doing nails! What on earth?! The lady was so rude too. I get it, it’s Sunday afternoon and she probably can’t be bothered being there but seriously, we spent $150 for a poor service and outcome! Never coming back!!!"
"Only have two stars because Rose actually did my nails well. She had a very jumpy girl in there that had no idea what she was doing. I actually got up and went to find Rose. Another client she then started working on cut her own tips off that she’d put on and left. She shouldn’t be working on clients as she’ll cost you business."
