"The location was very central and right on the free tram line. The staff at the front desk was beyond helpful and the checking in and out process was seamless. The one major downfall was the cleanliness of the room. The shower was covered in black mould and what I would consider to be very unsafe to the health of occupants."
"Didn't stay tried to book for a Wedding in April 2023 don't take advanced bookings told to try in January/February. Needed a 3 bedroom for 5 Adults so going elsewhere don't bother if you want to book in advance."
"Situated within the free tram zone, our 2bed apartment was in a convenient and easy location to access everything Melbourne has to offer. We stayed with our 2 young children and could walk along the promenade and get something lovely to eat with a nice view. Our host was most helpful and wonderfully friendly. "Well located Apartment & the Service on arrival was fantastic. We loved our 2nd Level Apartment looking out over the bay Toward Marvel & all the way to the Bolte Bridge Towers. Was a bit disappointing with some cleaning issues in the Showers but was a very nice Apartment. Hot Plate Controls were broken also. Free Parking booking direct was a plus."
