Our establishment is a period mansion built in grand style in 1924 and has been authentically restored to its former glory. Designated as a Heritage Building by Heritage Victoria, Glendalough offers a unique and charming experience for guests.

Surrounded by tranquil garden surroundings and situated high on the hill, Glendalough offers a peaceful retreat away from the hustle and bustle of the city. Our bed and breakfast features four spacious guest rooms, each equipped with queen or double beds, TV, DVD players, music systems, hydronic heating, and electric blankets. All rooms are smoke-free, ensuring a comfortable and clean environment for our guests.

Shared bathroom facilities are available, offering separate toilets, a shower, and an original cast iron claw foot bath. Smoking areas are conveniently located on the front terrace, rear veranda, or sunny rear garden. For those seeking stunning views, our upstairs guest rooms provide breathtaking scenery and share a magnificent sunny attic lounge area with a TV, DVD player, and library. Downstairs, guests can enjoy the grand piano in the Music Room.
