"If I could give 0 I could. Grooming service: booked my dog in for a groom 2 weeks in advance. Get in on the day to be told people off sick and a text was sent - on reflect the number was missing a digit . No call was attempted . Told them I was moving away and needed my dog groomed as I was unsure where I could have it done and this would allow me time to find a groomer. Was told there is nothing they could do. Asked if there were people that booked after me and if their appointment could be moved was told no I am just unlucky Pay more to somewhere with competent people"
