"I am a regular come every 3 weeks for my nails and eyebrows. Today I come in for eyebrow wax at 3pm when they close at 5pm and they say they closed and can’t take me, when I came a couple days ago and they’ve closed 20 mins before there close time. Customer service is extremely poor and they take no consideration for their customers."
"Went in for a manicure because the reviews were good. Left in tears. Hacked my NATURAL nails with drills. Then had the audacity to say the polish looked bad because my nails are short. How hard is it to paint a clean nail. Shellac all over my fingers and cuticles. When they offered to remove it and try again they DRILLED MY NAILS AGAIN. I walked out with my paper thin nails looking like a disease. Never again."

"The service was excellent. The lady doing for me was very sweet and attentive to the job, they really took much care. I have been to salon where the employee talk trash about costumer but everyone here was very polite. I got this done for $30 which was very worth it. Definitely would come again!"
