"Shocking customer service. I called and booked an appointment for a lash lift, i also confirmed my appointment online and paid the deposite. I attended my appointment and the lady cancelled it as she was with a client already. Poor service and she was rude. I wouldnt suggest this beauty clinic to anyone!"
"I just move to Bansktown just 2months ago and I wanted to look for a place who does good eyelash extension. So i decided to give a try here in Candy Tang. I came in with appointment at 01:30pm, i have given instructions if what i want, i just want to maintain my always go to “cat eye” lash, and she said yes. I ask her to remove my previous lashes and have a new set. It was too long, my eyes are burning, it took 3hrs just to make my lashes done. And i have so much expectation since i have been there for long hours, and upon seeing the mirror it was just so bad. I was suprised , sad and disappointed. I ask her that this is not the cate eye i was saying and she said yes, because when i started putting on the lash from the side i was late to realised that we have no enough lash extension sl i have to remove it again and just out this one instead. I told her she should have told me what happen and i should have just gone ul and find new salon or place who can do it rather than wasting my time. And they wanted me to Pay the full Price, i told them i wouldnt since i didnt get what i want, and to be considerate enough they have already taken time and resources so i said ill Pay half of the price only. I was so disappointed. NEVER AGAIN!"
