"I have experienced bad customer service and communication from a lady who was working on Thuersday on 10-5 at 4 pm in Bankstown central. She replied rudely when I asked her what I really want to do for me.She stopped doing the service and told me that I know my job and you can come another time. She did not show any willingness to help or accept my comment.Sooner or later you will lose your customer if you have a staff who don't know how to deal with customers"
"Recently visited Friday 5th May 2023. The lady who threaded my brow has taken more than half of my brow off and has dramatically changed the shop of both brows. This threading brow service was meant to be a clean up and instead she has butchered my eyebrows to the point I can not even use an eyebrow pencil to even out brows. She has dramatically thinner my brows!!!! I did not ask for my brows to be thinned I only wanted a clean up and now I have to wait 1-2 months for my brows to grow back. I look ridiculous and extremely distressed about this!! Never returning after frequently using this place!"
"I usually go here as they do a good job and charge reasonable prices. However, the ladies that work there usually close the shop around 4:30pm even though it says that they are open till 5pm, not to mention if you go early and ask them to do something they refuse as they need to close on time. I mean I got there way before your closing time, if you are closing earlier then the time mentioned on google please update. As it was very disappointing experience. Also went today 25th of February 2023, the lady is skinny and wore a black bindi never seen her before but upon asking mentioned she has been working there for 2 years, anyways she charged me extra for full facial threading. I am a regular at your shop and always have been paying $45 for full face including neck, if you have changed pricing then you need to update as I took a picture of the price list and there was no changes to full face threading price but still lady charged me $50. Look I know it’s only $5 difference and it’s misleading. Will look for other places for threading from now on."
