"I came here, based on the positive google review that I’ve read. But what I caught up is a sign in the door that “We will be back in 10 mins”. I patiently waited and after 15 mins I called the ph 3x then no answer. I waited again until 40 mins because I have an important event tomorrow and just decided to go and give them a good advice. You said, in your Instagram post, “you prefer bookings instead of walk- ins.” I would suggest to change that to “No Walk-Ins, By Appointment Only”. Second, don’t advertise that you’re open till late, if you can’t commit on the said hours that you posted. Or better close early rather than posting a note if you can’t come back after 10 mins. Additional, don’t changed your google opening hours all of a sudden because of the review I’ve posted, because it’s confusing to your Instagram post. Good advice for a business that is newly open."
