"Friendly and quick check in. Room was very clean. Bed was massive!! The only negative would be that there was lots of road traffic noise that was constant throughout the night however this is beyond the hotel’s control."

"The price was good and so was the location but the bed was so uncomfortable and there wasn’t body wash in my room! There are stains on the couch and when I got a bowl it was really dirty. The other ones were really wet. The spoons were dirty and they didn’t even clean the room before my family entered"
"Pathetic experience! Our rooms weren’t ready when we arrived at 2.30pm. There was only one staff at the reception who was checking in all the guests and also answering phones which the process really slow and tedious. When I asked when will my room be ready, they said we can’t give you an estimated time. I can only imagine how the stay would be if the check in experience was so pathetic. The lady was rude and did not even smile and greet us. She did not even apologise and said you can give us whatever feedback you want. I told them that I have a baby with me and still no compassion. I am never staying here again!!"
