"They attached two single beds as a king bed which was so uncomfortable. Once I tell them they said that this is something common in hotels. Very unsatisfied with my sleeping condition in this hotel. Overall, the room was big and it has all amenties."
"I booked in for a 7 night stay but due to unforeseen health issues I had to leave after 1 night. The reception staff were so kind and understanding of my situation and made it so much easier for me. The cleanliness of the room was 100% and the king bed was divine. So close to supermarket and other shops."
"Husband and my son stayed there for 3 nights. Room was to be serviced on the second day and was not done. Not cleaned and towels not removed or replaced, gargantuan bin not emptied. No mention of cafe being closed when initial booking made either. I would strongly AVOID this location."
"Great service - cleaners nice, reception nice; The hotel facilities are pretty average at best though, expected more. The pool cover was broken, the gym seemed a bit run down with a massive lizard seemingly living there, the room was clean but the bed was not nice, the TVs were old and small, the kettle is loud as a rocket engine, the balcony is very cramped up and small and there was a bit of a smell."
