"I have ordered pizza's from Crust multiple times and they were always very good. But this time around I had a very bad experience. I ordered a pizza through Uber eats and the pizza dough was undercooked. When I pulled out the first slice it broke half-way and everything was just falling apart. The crust tasted gummy and soggy even though the outer layer looked cooked but when I checked underneath the toppings I could evidently see raw dough. I had to put it back into the oven to fully cook but in that process the toppings got ruined."

"We got the Vietnamese chilli chicken pizza and found that the dough was raw in the middle and burnt at the ends. It clearly showed that the pizza was made in hurry with less toppings, uncooked base, miserable amount of cheese and less salt for taste. What a waste of money and time to get it picked from the store. So disappointing."
"A great collection of menu. Been there a couple of times and haven't been disappointed yet. Definitely one of the best pizza I've had. Beef Peri Peri is my personal fav. "Tried 4 different pizzas here and all four were satisfactory. Thin and crispy bread, generous topping of all sorts, stylish and delicious. The place is not a good location for dining but it’s a good choice for takeaways. Staff was helpful, cordial and friendly. Prices were proportionate with the quality. UPDATE: honestly on the last visit, even though we love the kind staff there, we saw flies inside the fridge all over the pizza ingredients. So, I won’t go back but I ask managers to address hygiene issues."
