"Found the experience of working with the children hugely rewarding and I would encourage everyone to try it who have a genuine interest in community work. Management largely incompetent in certain areas,no accountability and not willing to deal with internal issues often raised by front line staff.Issues if taken on board would hugely improve the service. High turnover of staff and management level need to take a lot of the responsibility for this as the service is suffering because of it.Some of the staff on the front line (on the ground) were a pleasure to work it and they do some incredible work under at times really stressful situations.I personally would not recommend it to anyone until changes are made at management level."
