"I wanted to get some work done on my car and also to see what they were like to deal with as in the not too distant future I will need a new car and thought I would try to support local. I was not impressed. Snappy attitude from the receptionist and poor response from service dept. Was told my quote was being done "as we speak " but I never got it. My follow up emails were ignored. I won't be rushing back here. If this is how they deal with smaller jobs I don't want to see how they deal with bigger things as I just would have no confidence in them now. Customer service is poor. Disappointing. EDIT : to be fair I did receive call soon after this review apologising so that has to count for something."
