"Dr. Gaine was lovely, and Dr. Duignan is nice, but the second doctor working here is no good. Her name is also not listed on the website, probably to avoid her being reported to the medical council for negligence. She didn't take me seriously, even though I have a family history of the medical problems I thought I had. She referred me for a scan I didn't need (it took a year to get the scan), and repeatedly refused to give me a referral to a specialist. Mind you, she never considered taking a blood sample or anything that might actually diagnose me? I'm in constant pain, and now I'm either going to have to go begging for another GP practice that can help me, or find a specialist and beg to be seen without a referral."

"Denise is a great doctor but you all need to sort Maureen the secretary out, she has such an ignorant manner when you ring in makes you feel you shouldn't be ringing your own doctor. She is forever giving out about the phone ringing, it's her job is it not ? ."
