"This has to be the worst case of customer service i have ever seen, I should have checked before i purchased packaging for House Move! on website states free delivery over €75 but it has to be €75 BEFORE VAT ! insane when i stated that i was already paying a lot more than if i bought from a UK company and wanted to give Business locally! they couldnt care less ! i had to pay Another €7.50 post to which they also added VAT !! is that even legal ??? Anyway lesson learned cannot recommend this company, lets hope my expensive lesson at least the goods MAY turn up on time ... its 17 miles away !!"
