Welcome to Yoga Milis, located in the vibrant city of Galway, Ireland. Our studio is situated in the heart of Terryland, nestled within the Galway Dance Project Studio.
At Yoga Milis, our mission is to provide a welcoming and nurturing space where individuals can explore the practice of yoga to promote physical, mental, and spiritual wellbeing. Our highly trained and experienced instructors offer a variety of styles of yoga, ranging from gentle restorative classes to dynamic vinyasa flows. In addition to our regular yoga classes, we also offer mindfulness meditation and pranayama (breathing) classes to help students cultivate a sense of calm and relaxation.
