"I have been going to this gym 2 mornings a week for nearly a year . The knowledge and enthusiasm of the coach dider is outstanding. These lads have a different ethos to most ... they care about your progress and welfare . It really gives you the feel good factor ! The classes are so engaging and definitely make you work . I have got great results and feel so much stronger so it’s a win win !!! During this time of isolation they have adapted to virtual classes and it is keeping me sane !!! Highly recommend"
"DFC gym and the staff are friendly, professional, and experts at what they do. Every session is personalised to my needs and ability with a focus on building a strong foundation in order to rapidly build on top of it. Six months training in DFC has significantly improved my fitness, flexibly, strength, and conditioning. Each session leaves me tired but never sore, and always ready for the next one. The effort they put into preparing each session is reflected in the results I have seen in myself. I would highly recommend DFC to anyone interested in improving their well-being."
"Didier and DFC is amazing at the best of times.ALWAYS the right amount of encouragement and tough love. Super sessions no matter what your fitness level or goals. Obviously DFC has had to close but that hasn't stopped him. He has just brought his sessions to ZOOM right into my home. I cant thank him enough as it is just what we all need at the moment not just physically but mentally too. .
