"Don’t go near this shop! I brought my phone in to get a new screen. It started glitching after 2 days and they blamed me, saying I probably dropped it and broke it. They reconnected it for free but once I left the shop the front camera or flashlight wouldn’t work and the screen was still glitching. I went back in and once again they blamed me saying I probably dropped it and broke it and they wouldn’t fix it because it’s not in their warranty. They wanted to charge me for a new phone and screen separate but I left. Don’t go near!"

"Great to deal with! I had an issue with my iPhone 8 battery not lasting long enough so I took it into this shop. Unfortunately whilst fixing my phone the guy accidentally broke a cable inside the phone. I was immediately offered a replacement the next day (after the manager trying to fix the cable all day). I was updated at every step. I returned the next day and picked up the replacement 100% perfect. Such a nice team, very friendly and genuine. They were all very polite and reassuring. I’d be happy to go here again. Thanks so much!"
