"Dealt with flemings garage in the past no issues but never again today I witnessed his bad attitude rudeness and very childish roaring down the phone at a potential customer also his irrelevant disclosure of as he put it..a garage full of parts he ordered for customers that did not pay for them no idea why that would be the concern of others and no idea why he thinks that his business can survive when others in business behave professionally maybe he thinks that the way forward is throwing tantrums on the phone absolutely unnecessary very childish and this time his obnoxious behaviour was directed at the wrong woman she was not intimidated just disgusted"

"I called Liam yesterday to enquire about fixing my right wing mirror. From the start he seemed dismissive about the job but told me to call Top Parts in Roscommon to see if they have the part and he would do it. I called and ordered the part to be delivered to the garage tomorrow. I called Liam back and let him know this and asked him to call me once the part had been delivered so I could drop my car in- he agreed. I called Liam again this morning to check if the part had arrived. Side note - Liam has known my family for years; hence why I went to him in the first place. When I called Liam this morning he was instantly rude towards me saying “you know well you have to pay for that mirror yourself.” I had never once asked him to pay for it. He went on to say “Top parts rang me looking for payment and they’re after ringing you now so you know well you need to pay.” I explained calmly to Liam that I had received no call from Top Parts today so there’s obviously been some miscommunication but that I’ve no problem with paying for the mirror and I’m obviously not leaving the country with €110. Liam continued to shout at me on the phone telling me he has a garage full of parts that people have ordered and never paid for. I explained to Liam that’s not my problem and asked if he wanted the business or not, to which he replied “drop it in if you want” while still shouting down the phone. I told him I would give my business to someone who has a bit of respect, to which he replied “do whatever you like.” I’m genuinely shocked by the absolute unnecessary ignorance of someone whose supposed to be a business man. I know it’s only a small job and maybe it was more hassle than it’s worth for him but the way he spoke to me was completely uncalled for."

"Toilets are terrible never any hot water or clean towels. The deli is nice but on the expensive side for what they are offering. The staff are always friendly."
