"Alan is just an amazing guy with a very calm, no-nonsense and an honest approach to fixing your car that is very rare these days. His ability to diagnose the accurate problem and fix it with the most minimal labor and parts possible is just uncanny. I have heard stories where other garages either incompetently or deliberately make you change unnecessary parts with added labor, and Alan has fixed it for them for a tenth of the price without ever changing the unnecessary parts. The same experience with me, when he quoted 1/4th of the prices compared to other garages and got the job done to help pass my NCT (where the problem was only visual wearing of some bushes and a control arm)."
