He responded promptly and patiently to my queries and fitted me into his very busy schedule. He had the problem with my 10 year old washing machine diagnosed even before he arrived and was no length repairing it and at a very reasonable and transparent cost. He double-checked everything was working properly before he left, even waiting for machine to complete full cyclea I have had many, many appliance repair technicians call here over 40 years and Andrew is the best I have met. He is also an extremely nice and personable guy, cheerful even at 6pm on a busy day with 4 more calls to complete! Thanks a million, Andrew!"

"We have had a very bad experience with this service. They booked us in to get a dishwasher repaired. After the workman didn’t show up, my wife rang and was told our booking had been cancelled. She was told they would ring her back in a few mins. They didn’t ring back, so the next day I had to ring 10 times before my call was answered. The phone attendant told me I would be rang back that day with a new appointment. When I hadn’t heard back the next day, I rang at least 10 times, but no one answered the phone. I rang again multiple time over the next few days, again no one answered the phone. We can’t believe there is a business out there that would treat a potential customer like this. Shocking."
