"We bought 15m of horizontal wall boards from small walls. From the moment that I contacted the Smallwall office until the boards were in place the experience could not have been easier. Seán gave excellent help at all stages and no query was left unanswered. The climbing boards are of excellent quality and are extremely safe. The pupils in St Joseph's have not stopped using them since they were installed. There is a queue every day at breaktime. "Regrettably dealt with Sean who was so unprofessional and rude, hoping to purchase outdoor equipment for a children's charity. Sean provided a quote at a reduced installation fee and then retracted it after a so-called family meeting in an effort to make more money, such a disappointment, only interested in exploiting fees, lacking in integrity from start to finish. Poor engagement, lack of willingness to support, highlighted issue installing in Dublin as advised Loughlinstown was too far from Dublin City, would not recommend. In retaliation to my review, Sean and Rachael wrote emails to the charity in an effort to discredit, such a poor reflection. Please note, reviews are to highlight both positive and negative feedback. Perhaps for future reference, consider the values across the business, I would recommend integrity to be your first."
