"Sold spoiled food and would not issue a refund. Was a customer of the shop for several years. Bought a jar of honey from the shelf for 15 euros. The contents tasted foul, like burnt rubber. I assumed that a return and a refund would not be a problem, but instead the staff member became combative, and it turned into a drawn out and embarrassing process at the counter. She insisted that the product was fine, and the taste (burnt rubber) was fine, without having tasted it herself - and that I didn't know what honey was supposed to taste like. When that didn't convince me, she told me that the manager would have to taste the product themselves to confirm it was spoiled, but they weren't in the store at present. They would call me back in a few days etc. I left my phone number and the €15 spoiled food in the store and never received a call back or a refund. The experience was so unpleasant, particularly the way the staff member behaved, that I decided to boycott the store and have not shopped there since."

"Typical Polish grocery shop located on high traffic Dublin road. You have few parking slots in front of the shop. Majority of product are from Poland, like daily things as bread, milk, butter. If you don't speak Polish you can be in trouble at the counter, but this I had in many Polish shops, as if they don't expect that there are other nations from Baltic to Adriatic that love similar food. Anyway, just a regular shop with nothing so extra to get 5 stars. Prices are ok. Variety of products also."
