"In my previous review, I had to say the least, displeased with their service. However, since then they have improved their level of service. My only minor issue is in respect of my repeat prescriptions. My GP normally provides 6 months worth of prescriptions. I can be a bit forgetful as to when I need to provide further repeat prescriptions. Would it be possible for the pharmacy to inform me either verbally or electronically when I am nearing the end of the current repeat prescriptions? One other point to mention is their app. It is really good and easy to use. Once you have entered your details, you are good to go."

"It saddens me to post a review like this. I feel it important for others to learn from my experience. Pharmacists by any definition are highly trained individuals. They provide a vital and important service to any community. What would you think if you had to issue a formal complaint, not once, but twice? Would you have any faith or trust in that pharmacy? My particular situation is as follows. This month I found out that one of my important medications would not be available until the end of the month. This particular medication helps with my sleep. What is even more serious is that the pharmacy knew about the shortage of supply of the medication. I only found out about this after a couple of phone calls. As a client, I should have been informed of this shortage much earlier. If this information was relayed to me sooner, I could have consulted with my GP for an alternative medication. In there webpage description they state that they pride themselves with excellent customer service. That is as far from the truth as it can possibly be. My experience has been that I have been made to feel insignificant. I have also been treated with disdain and various platitudes. All of this heinous treatment has caused me great distress. If I had been a private insurance rather than a medical card holder, I would bet the house on how differently my service would have been. I changed to this pharmacy due a serious failing of my previous pharmacy. Because I knew Mr. Keane, I thought that the service would be much better. Well Mr. Keane your pharmacy group has let me down in every sense."
