"Big store with wide variety of kids toys"
"I purchased a Christmas gift of an activity table for my 6 month old daughter & I have seen a fault with it randomly cutting out when she’s playing with it & also the stickers are already peeling off. I tried to return this within the month of purchasing it to exchange it but as we could not recreate the fault in the store the manager was unable to exchange it, the fault happens randomly when my daughter is playing with it. This is the second problem I’ve had this month in Smyths Claremorris and am really unsatisfied. I have spent a lot of money in Smyths and will be going elsewhere in future."
"Seamless Shopping trip in Smyths Claremorris- It was the day I was dreading. The big shop for all our Hotel Children on Christmas morning. A total of 40 in all. But what can I say about the shop assistant Sharon that helped me from start to finish and made it quiet enjoyable after all.She is an asset to your store and should be recognised for her personal touch and customer service. Thanks Sharon see you same time next year"
"I popped in yesterday to pick up 3 click & collect items, big Click & Collect sign at the back of the shop made things super easy and meant I didn't need to go to a till point. Really helpful young man sorted out my order. Great experience all round"
