"Absolutely appalling service. Completely unacceptable and the staff should be ashamed. I was called out by management for apparantly trying to collect my prescription twice even though I had never been to the store before. Management repeatedly announced to the shop 'I distinctly remember you. You already collected it' Of course she was completely wrong and they eventually found my prescription But an apology doesn't cut it."

The shop was empty, maybe they have scared all their customers away or just unwilling to help. A disgrace. They have no manners and no customer service skills."

"1. Condescending staff 2. Had to rearrange an appointment 3 times cause they cant find an implanon or have to order it 3. Ridiculous wait times 4.They do not listen 5.They gave me the wrong presciption. My anti-depressants, a month early. While I still had my other pack. If I was worse off I could easily use this pharmacy to O.D. 6. "New system" excuse gets old after a while. Its not new after a week. 7. VERY judgy staff."
