"Absolute disgrace. Refusing to accept their own gift vouchers in their own stores. Imagine denying an 80 year old man his purchases. They denied it was even a valid voucher until I emailed them a copy of the receipt to then state it can only be redeemed online. This wasn't the policy when it was bought. Irony is you can use a one for all post office voucher in store! Should be ashamed of themselves."

"Paint bought today please be careful 2 10L buckets and 5L paid for all and noticed I was charged €5 per bucket for shaking the paint. Who ever had the bright idea for this stealth payment is a disgrace. Staff are brilliant not there fault."
