"Absolutely shocking service!! I called in an order for collection 45 minutes in advance, and it still was not ready at the agreed time of collection!! After waiting a further 15 minutes, the order was wrong!! Six staff working behind the counter and one staff member working the fryers and putting orders together was visibly under pressure, while the five other staff members did as little as possible!! This behaviour from the other staff members led to long delays and a line of customers equally as frustrated as I was!! I would have given a 0-star review if the option was available!! I will not revisit this particular Supermac’s in the future!!!"

"11.50 for a chicken sandwich meal with dip. Gone up by 2 euro since I last had it. It was the regular size but a good size bag of chips. Very friendly staff. The place was clean and parking available outside. Only about 15 minutes from Knock airport."
