"After having a meaningful conversation with Weirs chemist after posting my last review under my mothers account, I thought about taking down my previous review , only once i had seen improvement in the issuing of blister packs. Unfortunately the situation has not improved, with a further 2 sets of prescriptions being incorrect. Its left me with no other alternative but to change pharmacy entirely as I have lost all confidence in this pharmacy. Its a serious matter when people have to receive life supporting medications , and getting them wrong isnt an option. As I live overseas , I am not there to support my family as much as I would like. I am dependent on this service being right to support my elderly parents. I feel this review needs to be taken positively and actions taken to improve this otherwise pleasant polite business."
"Sadly this is the third time that a prescription has been wrong in our blister packs. It has left my mother in a very vulnerable place as this is the weekend and we can't get this issue resolved. I Gerry am writing this review as my mother didn't WANT TO . Scared a d disappointed that this happens. Staff are friendly etc. But quality control seems lacking."
