"Very very disappointing,inedible food. Garlic chips were black burnt,and congealed,looked like vomit.tikka masala was buttery beyond edible. Dinner box had a drumstick,and 2 chicken fillet burgers,coated in breadcrumbs,overdone and over fried,and the sausages were overdone. Will never ever buy from there again. Too many things on the menu,stick to a select few and perfect them"

"Would actually rate zero if I could. I have tried to order from this establishment four different times. First time my order was burnt and not edible. Second time my pizza was stuck to the inside of the pizza box. Third time took almost 3 hours for delivery after saying it would only take 35 minutes. And today ordered to give them one final chance as everyone says they are so good. Put my order in got a text saying the food was out to be delivered and literally two minutes later a text saying our order was cancelled and money refunded. I never write reviews as I know working in the food industry can be difficult. But I will never order from them again. ( all the orders were spaced out over two years)"

"Usually order from big bites once a week as a family treat. Was so disappointed to go to order this evening on just eat to see that the prices have gone up substantially and there were no special offers. The usual pizza we order was going to cost €18 with big bites but I can order the same pizza with the chip shop around the corner for 11.50. Such a shame."
