"It's the Worst run store I've ever visited. I would like to state that the products are perfectly fine but from management down was a very poor experience I won't be having again. I entered the store at approx 18:20 and left at approx 18:30. I stopped in to pick up a few spare bits on my way home. The opening hours online and on the door show a 19:00 closing time, but with lights starting to flicker off, this must be incorrect. I approached 2 tills to be informed that they were closed even though they'd no closed till sign up. I went beside the self-service and decided while waiting. I felt a little lucky and would get a scratch cad. I was abruptly told when I said hello to use the self-service as the lady with dark hair continued to chat with her blonde friend ( another employee) while counting the coins. As I proceeded to use the self-service, a gentleman came up and purchased cigarettes the dark hair lady priceeded to chat to him about her children and how the football went. I left disappointed in the whole experience, and as someone who worse in retail, I can see why customers get irate when this is how their treated. I was going to speak with the female manager at the door or who I'm assuming was manager but she was engaged in a joke with another staff member so I just left as it's clear this shop isn't customer focused."

(Picture: roast whole chicken I bought in Dunnes that I spatchcocked at home with Dunnes roast sliced baby potatoes)"
