Reviews
"Wonderful stay. Location is a bit off centre but easily reachable (12 mins walk) , breakfast was lovely and the check in was seamless with great service and friendliness by the property owners and staff. Toilets were slightly cramped however but I suppose it’s a personal review so it depends on what mattered for me and I didn’t mind it but other larger families might."
"Very close to Galway University Hospital, across the street. Medium-sized room, all the necessities and niceties covered, very clean and lovely. Comfortable mattress and perfectly warm! Breakfast choice night before. I like that. Some folks don't, though. My smoked salmon with scrambled eggs was delightful. The husband was happy with his Full Irish. The host was very attentive, kind, and helpful."
"Nice small hotel. Bed and bedding were nice. room was freezing and I could not figure out how to adjust the heater. very odd shower. It only had half a door so a lot of water spilled onto the floor."
"Good things - nice breakfast; reasonable distance to town center. But €130 ain’t cheap. Down sides - very unstable wifi (they said due to storm; I’m not sure, having been to Florida etc); tiny bathroom that I could barely stretch my arms. Most importantly they did not accept card payment. I booked through a travel agency and specifically asked about payment policy so as to decide how much to exchange in Dublin. The agency said card was fine; one of the staff said card was fine but suggested me to check around the town. Couldn’t find any exchange shop after looking around in Galway for an hour. Next morning another staff said I had to pay by cash, in a rather rude way. Ended up having to borrow cash from my fellows. Bad communication and lots of troubles. Ain’t too happy about it."
"I thoroughly enjoyed my stay. The room was spacious, clean, very well equipped. Washroom was clean and adequately sized. Receptionist was very cordial and supportive. Breakfast was amazing and had good portion."
