Apache Pizza Castlerea Main Street, County Roscommon

"Phoned in an order (for delivery), waited over an hour before calling back to see where my order was, to be told no order was made, phone cut out / hung up after a back and forth, no idea what happened, phoned back again with more back and forth before they found my order. Took another 20 minutes, nearly 2 hours since first ordering before I got it. I had ordered 2 regular bun burgers with a curry chip, what I got looked like 2 veggie burgers, curry chip was nice but the experience of ordering was not."

"Every time I give them another chance, I am disappointed. Greasy pizzas and ignorant staff who bizarrely seem to resent the custom. Tastier and friendier staff up the road. One to avoid"

"Management very ignorant. keeps changing delivery price. would not do one thing for customer satisfactory even tho the customer had paid for the extra anyways . I Suggested getting someone in shop that spoke and understood english as i was put on to 4 different guys from a different country that ask me same question 4 times then after been frustrated with the fact of been asked to repeat myself 20 times buy the last guy on the fone who was the management, they treatened me and said this will be the last delivery to my home from there shop. i would highly avoid going to this place at all cost as they dont listen to you clearly because they still got order wrong and tryed saying, we will look after you the next time i will be contacting headquarters about these people giving apache pizza a bad name anyways sorry for the rant but if there was a half a star i wouldnt have even thicked that if i could but 100% AVOID!!!"
