"I would normally never leave a bad Google review but I could not recommend Dave Scullys service !. Had asked for a wash and trim for my Yorkshire terrier only to have my dog returned having been fully shaved . Groomer proceeded to shave our dog without discussing or explaining why it might of needed to be done . He just took it upon himself to proceed and became rude and unapologetic when asked why he had done so . I have had to edit my original post as Dave had replied and I am unable to do so . The fact that you have replied below in the manner you did has proven my point . Trying to make out that I neglect my dog to justify your error . I also have pictures of before and after and to say that there was matting similar to dreadlocks is unprofessional on your part . Any discussion to matting was a minimal patch on her chest and nothing to the extent that you have over exaggerated. Simple fact is if that were the case you should have had a discussion with me before you proceeded to do anything like you did . Learn from your mistakes and move on ."
