"Called 24 hour emergency and spoke with a lady who was extremely rude and very abrupt with me. My dog had a seizure and was dying there was no compassion at all. I’m honestly unsure how they have all the ratings but safe to say I would never use these again the person on the phone really upset me at a time when I needed some reassurance! She was quite simply rude and was so uncalled for. (Edit to your reply)******No I’m not a client and I was told I could be seen at 10am which is fine this wasn’t even mentioned to me about being a client, my problem was I was spoke to like rubbish!! but my reply was my own vets opened at 9am which is nearer so I would go there if I can’t be seen as a emergency. the reply I got from a lady was well do what you want! She was rude. No I’m not a client and I don’t want to be a client at your practice and I’m very glad I didn’t bring my dog there I would advise others the very same."
