"Service staff employee has been caught out lying to its customer recently in relation to the repair of a Ford focus. Without going into detail...he backtracked on what he had said a few minutes previously, (stating that the previous garage had messed up programming the cars computer and are liable) on learning that it was Ford dealership Tullamore, he backtracked, saying he never said such a thing. And continued to dig his hole... He also tried to overcharge, by stating they worked for more hours than they actually did work on the car, when he was caught out, the bill was less than half the original. We paid. But got no further in the actual repair. Will never go back again. Cowboys of the highest order!"
