"in Zurich or this office missing a deadline. We were told 2 instalments of a set amount would come out the following month to rectify their mistake. Reluctantly we agreed. Then without any permission money was taken from our family’s current account which we use to pay all our bills and took double the amount agreed (and at a date they just chose without telling us). They have now taken the money we had allocated in our account to pay bills and buy necessities. When I stress the urgency of the situation to them I’m fobbed off being told the matter has been escalated. Also, the contact person in Zurich Colm ridgeway, the director of mm lorna and the sale man Sean all Are unavailable to take my call this morning. I would advise anybody thinking of working with this firm as a broker to bear in mind when something goes wrong the are very poor with customer service and do not treat customers with compassion Or understanding. I’m sorry I chose them and feel it’s only fair to warn others."
