"Contacted this company as we had a payment made on our company statement relating to JC Furniture, all I was looking for was a receipt for the payment for my accountant. Instead of initially just telling me they don't take card payments so it can't possibly be them I was reported to the guards and accused of being fraudulent and treated with hostility... if this is how he treats his clients or customers then I highly do not recommend this man to any potential customers. And still even with my face and my name to the review this ignorant atrociousness of a man continues to call me a scammer... he belongs in the loony bin! Not sure how many scammers write reviews but there you go!"

"Furniture is beautiful, customer service is atrocious. We spent over 3,ooo euros, only to find out that we had to put the wardrobes together ourselves. This was never made clear to us. When we challenged this, the only answer from JC was 'its child play'. Sadly we didn't have a 7 foot child, who was a weight lifting carpenter. The second wardrobe has a broken lock, when we asked JC to replace this, he said, ' go to your local store'. 1000€ and this is his response."
