"I just collected my boots from Franklin's today. To say they did a good job repairing them is a understatement! They're a pair of cheap fake-suede boots, but I love them because they're a gorgeous purple colour. They needed new soles and heels, and were quite worn at the toe. But Franklin's have seriously transformed them, and they literally look like new, and much more expensive than they actually were. I'm delighted. Not only that, but everyone in the shop is really friendly and extremely helpful. Highly recommend."
