"Randomly called in as I was passing on a Saturda, though it was crazy busy, the sales people made sure i was seen too unlike like other kitchen places. Everyone was extremely helpful and very knowledgeable on design. I left my plans with them and within a week they had beautiful 3D drawing free of charge. I was pleasently surprised at the price and had my kitchen installed with zero problems. I highly recommend Cherrymore."
"I found them lovely to deal with when we were buying the kitchen units but our kitchen is only two years old and it has chipped so badly in many places. They do not wear well especially in the cream colour. They really all need to be repainted after such a short time, very dissapointed with them."
"I got a price originally off plans for a kitchen in the Donegal showroom, then when we went to there showroom in Galway we were told they wouldn't fit in Cork, after the Donegal branch telling us it would be no problem. The crowd in Galway had no time for us, so it was a day wasted going up there. When we decided to go with the Donegal's showroom offer, we got passed from Kieran who was quite helpful, to another saleswoman. This saleswoman changed the price massively, after we made minor changes. We thought it would cost less, because we removed a complete wall unit! Anyway, it was through email and calls, and the price was increased by nearly 50%. They were slow to get back to us, either by phone or email, and we wasted nearly 6 weeks trying to get something we could work with. With the massive price increase we couldn't go with them. Their product looks ok, but their sales was a disaster, I can't imagine what the after sales service would have been like with them. Very disappointing experience with them"
