"Bought two bikes for my teenagers from the Giant Store in February - a Giant Escape City Disc and a Liv Alight City Disc. I had a clear idea of what I wanted but still sought guidance and clarification regarding the hydraulic brake components. The store is well laid out and easy to look around. It was great to go and see the frame sizes first hand and to be able to compare with other models. Gareth was very knowledgeable and helpful. He ordered the specific size and variant I wanted and kept me updated on the bikes' ETA. I had previously bought bikes for myself and my daughter from the store and the serial numbers and my details were still on file which made things much quicker. I have used the Bike To Work Scheme here as well which was a seamless experience. Overall the customer experience was excellent. I fully expect to buy another bike from this store in future."
"Bought a Giant Talon 4 Mountain bike here. The customer service was excellent, Gareth was extremely helpful, had an extensive knowledge of bikes and was very professional.
