"We went into gamestop in Portlaoise town, we are regular customers myself and my son at this particular store. My son wanted a minecraft pickaxe toy so we proceeded towards the check out and took out our bag of coins, the cashier counted out €17.50 in 2 euro, 1 euros, 50 cents, 20 cents, 10 cents and a separate bags of 5 cents which made up about 3 euro worth, and after all of that he said he wouldn't accept the coins and said the cashier wouldn't hold that amount, it was about 2 euro worth of 10 and 20 cents and the rest were big coins except the 5 cents which would of made up the full amount of purchase. Anyway we left empty handed and my son wasn't to happy. Apparently they don't accept 1 cent, 2 cent and 5 cents or use them or hand them out. He told me this at the start still counted out the coins and denied us with our money."

"I shop In here alot as i have a son who is a computer fanatic. I have had one to many bad experiences with 2 of the of the staff members in particular which I have let go on a number of occasions. i am not a person who complains infact i rarely do as i am aware we are all only human and are entitled to our bad days but any time i go in these 2 in partiular have no manner about them they are very condescending, rude and they look down their noses at you and can make you feel very intimidated ive had my last dealing with this store because of them and would rather travel to their others store for 5 star services but i will never shop in this particular store again."
