"Great experience until I wanted to use the bathroom. Store policy states toilets are for customers only. Fair enough but when customers travel 40 _50 min to your store , surely toilets should be available. I was told the cinema have toilets. In the cinema the guy said they are for customers only. I nearly had an accident went back and begged for the toilet but nobody was kind enough to say look use them at your own risk. I had to run down to the coffee shop that was closed. Lucky enough the pet shop next door took me in...they had no choice. They could see I was in a state. They prob also have the same policy. I was looking forward going back to sports direct but not after that experience I will never go there again and I will tell my friends and family to never step foot in there. What a disgrace .."
