"Bought my fourth pair of tennis shoes in Sportman's Dream and received adequate service but the server at the till, after being quite professional whilst I tried on the shoes, made literally zero eye contact, took my payment and walked away. Just going through the motions but not engaging with a paying customer is a major flaw in retail. Very disappointing, especially in a store in a small rural town."
