Reviews
"Owners of the pub park their luxobarges at the rear in a public lane blocking access to the laneway"
"The pub is famous for most say the best pint of Guinness in Limerick. They now have an evening menu which is keenly priced. We tried the chicken burger, thai prawn curry and the fish and chips. All were delicious, great service and atmosphere. What more can you ask for?"
"When we were recently visiting Limerick, I insisted on making a stop at South’s Pub where Frank McCourt had his FIRST pint! The service was fantastic and the bartender humoured my enthusiasm with stories from the McCourt days as well as the pubs interesting, rich history. I would highly recommend South’s Pub when visiting Limerick! PS: the church mentioned in Angela’s Ashes is across the road and worth a visit;-)"
"Cosy atmosphere, very bright. It's a traditional pub with a touch of modernity. Good to go with the lads and have a pint. Friendly staff and a clean place. Food is lovely. Since I love cocktails I would say that there are not many options on the menu. Still worth a visit!"
