"Rang last Friday regarding to dressings for a wound to say that the pharmacist was quite blund ignorant and not helpful. Just because I knew the brand names of certain dressings for a wound he had questioned me in where I was getting my information. When I handed the phone over to a nurse he was not helpful as a question was asked and because he had answered it to me already he answered the nurse back with I told the other lady that already and wouldn't give her the correct answer. Just shows how unprofessional he is.He was been really stubborn and abrupt all over we rang up to see had he certain wound dressings for sale and because we knew the brand name and sizing he was getting annoyed. Won't be considering giving this business any future custom considering we were willing to travel into Limerick city from west Limerick (1hr drive)"
